Privacy policy
This website is simple by choice: it has no forms, creates no accounts and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. This page explains the little data that may be processed when you visit or contact us.
Who is responsible

What data we process and why
- Contact by email or WhatsApp. When you write to us, we process your name, the contact details you use and the content of your message, only to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us.
- Technical server logs. As on any website, the hosting provider may log the IP address, date and time and the pages requested, for security and service operation. These logs are not used to identify visitors.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The site uses no cookies, traffic analytics or advertising. Typefaces are hosted on the site itself, so a visit sends no data to third parties.
WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website (Meta Platforms), subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep messages while the contact is ongoing and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or defend rights in case of a dispute.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and request portability, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Just write to geral@rmc-ti.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
